Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Ledger of Alpha. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You agree not to

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service or our systems without authorization.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service, or resell or redistribute market data obtained through it.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits.
  • Upload malware, or content that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Share your account, or use another user's account, without authorization.
  • Use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties, or to represent that our outputs are advice.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, including cooperating with law enforcement. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
