Free plan & trial
Ledger of Alpha offers a free plan and may offer a time-limited trial of paid features for new accounts. Trials do not require payment; if you do not subscribe, your account simply reverts to the free plan when the trial ends.
Subscriptions & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Who processes your payment
Paid subscriptions are processed by PayPal, our payment provider, under its own terms. Ledger of Alpha is the seller of record for your subscription and is responsible for the sale and any applicable taxes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your PayPal account as well as from your account settings here.
We never receive or store your full card or bank details. Requests about a specific charge can be sent to us at support@ledgerofalpha.com.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a period except where required by law.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, or you have a statutory right to a refund, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review your request in good faith.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction, including any applicable cooling-off or withdrawal rights.
