Your notification inbox

The bell, the /alerts inbox, notification categories, and the critical banner.

Everything that happens in your account — a price alert firing, a TradingView webhook, a broker sync finishing, a billing or security event, an import or export completing, or an announcement from us — flows into one notification inbox.

The bell and the inbox

  • The bell in the sidebar shows your unread count and a dropdown of the latest notifications, each with an icon for its type. Click one to open the Alerts page.
  • The Alerts inbox lists everything, with a category filter across the top — All, Market, Sync, Billing, Security, Data, System — each showing its own unread count.
  • Hover a row to mark it read or delete it; use Mark all read or the read/unread filter to triage quickly.

Categories

  • Market — price alerts you set and inbound TradingView webhooks.
  • Sync — results from broker auto-sync (trades imported, or a sync failure).
  • Billing — trial ending, a payment issue, or a plan change.
  • Security — a new sign-in, or a change to two-factor authentication.
  • Data — an import or export finishing.
  • System — product announcements from us.

Price alerts and webhooks

The Alerts page also manages your price alert rules (create one with New Alert) and your TradingView webhook — the incoming URL that turns TradingView alerts into notifications. Set both up from Settings → Notifications.

Critical banner

A few events are important enough to show a banner across the top of the app until you dismiss it — for example a failed payment, with a button to fix it. Dismissing the banner leaves the notification in your inbox so you can act on it later.

Control which of these reach you — and how — in notification preferences.
