Adding your first trade

Log a trade manually from the entry page in a couple of minutes.

The fastest way to log a trade is the full-page entry form. Click + Add Trade at the top of the sidebar (or the New Trade button on the Trades page) to open the trade entry page.

The essentials

  • Symbol and direction (long or short).
  • Entry price, quantity, and entry date/time.
  • Optional stop and target — these drive the risk and R:R numbers.
  • An exit price and exit time once the trade is closed (leave blank while it's open).

Use the “Set to now (NY)” clock buttons to stamp entry/exit times in New York (US-exchange) time. Save and you're back on the Trades list with the new row in place.
