An account's balance is its starting balance plus the P&L of its closed trades. If you add money to the account or take some out, record it so the balance stays right: open Settings → Accounts, open the account, and use Deposits & withdrawals (on the phone it is a row on the account's screen).
- Each entry is a deposit or a withdrawal, an amount, a date and an optional note.
- It changes the balance from the start of that date, everywhere the balance is shown.
- It is never profit or loss: it does not appear in your P&L, your daily figures or your drawdown.
- Remove an entry with the bin icon; the balance changes back.
Prop-firm accounts do not take deposits or withdrawals: the firm funds the seat, and what you pay or receive goes in the cost ledger on the Prop page. The risk % on the trade form still uses the starting balance.
