Prop-firm accounts do not count against the account limit. They sit alongside it, so you can run several evaluations and funded seats next to your ordinary accounts — see Prop-firm accounts.
The same on every plan
The in-app support assistant is 10 messages a day on every plan, Free included, and every plan can reach a person — support is the front door, not a plan benefit. See Getting help.
