There are three ways to follow US government bonds, and the chart's symbol search finds all of them. Search for treasury, bond or a TradingView name like US10Y.
- Yields, marked Yield: the 13-week bill (
^IRX), 5-year (^FVX), 10-year (^TNX) and 30-year (^TYX). The chart shows the yield in percent. You can chart, watch and compare a yield, but you can't log a trade on one. - Treasury futures: 2-year (
ZT), 5-year (ZF), 10-year (ZN) and 30-year (ZB). These move opposite to yields. - Bond ETFs such as
TLT,IEFandSHY, listed with the stocks.
In the Correlation tool
Add a yield or a Treasury future like any other symbol. Bars are matched by trading day, so a bond lines up with stocks and sector ETFs such as XLU or XLF. Before version 9.43.8 a bond showed no data next to a stock, because each source dates its daily bars at a different time of day.
